- Experience developing software for multi-threaded applications
- Algorithm design
- Strong knowledge of communications protocols and real time processing a plus
- Code, maintain, and test software modules of significant size and complexity
- Create software tools to aid in code building and maintenance

Candidates should have a minimum B.S. or advanced degree in EE/CE/CS. VOCAL offers a highly
